Defence Security Soultions must be able to complete a full five-year work history, or back to school leaving. In the case of unemployment or gaps in employment you must write down the period that you were receiving benefits, the type of benefit and the contact details of the Job Center where you were seen. Where you have gaps of unemployment without receiving benefit please nominate a professional character reference who is not related to you and can verify where you were at the time of the gap. You must seek permission from the character referees as we will contact them to confirm that the information you have supplied is correct.
